Monthly Giveaway Prize – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Monthly Giveaway Prize (“Contest”) is open to all UK individuals who are at least [18 years of age or older] and are legal residents of The United Kingdom.
• Employees of Well Heeled Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The Contest begins on 1st October 2023 and ends on 1st February 2023.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must like our Facebook page, comment on the pinned post, share the post.

4. Prize:

• The prize for this Contest is 1 (one) pack of 3 Diabetic Socks size either 9-12 or 6-9 in black/grey.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on the l;ast day of the month
• The winner will be announced on the 1st day of the next month via a Facebook post on Well Heeled’s Facebook Page.
• The winner will also be contacted via Facebook Messenger.

6. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must respond within 7 days of the notification.
• If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.

7. Publicity:

• By entering the Contest, participants agree to allow Well Heeled to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions:

• Well Heeled reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Well Heeled’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
